Are G³ Naturals tested on animals?

We never test any of our products on animals.

Who can use G³ Naturals products?

Anybody can use our products. From toddlers to the elderly, male and female.

Are these products vegan?

Yes, all of G³ Naturals products are vegan. 

My skin is super sensitive, how will I know I won't have a reaction?

We recommend that you do a 24-hour patch test on your skin.

What is the shelf life of G³ Naturals products?

G³ Naturals products have an usual shelf life up to a year. 

Do I have to be natural to use your hair care products?

Not at all, G³ Naturals products are universal. They can be used on all hair types. The amount of product used can vary.

What do I do if my products arrive melted during the summer months?

Some of G³ Naturals products may melt during the summer months, but the quality and properties remains the same. Please allow the products to solidify in a cool, dry place. DO NOT REFRIGERATE to solidify.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depends on the amount of items purchased and your geographic location.

Do you ship Internationally?

 G³ Naturals does not ship our products internationally at the present time, but we will in the future. We appreciate our customers and want to provide every individual with our handcrafted products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We generally ship our products within 4-5 business days after your order has been placed with the exception of the Holidays and Special Sales.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the organic nature of are products, all sales are final.

What should I do if my products are damaged during shipping?
